01.Basal Bark Spraying
This is a cost-effective method of controlling shrubs and woody weeds. There is minimal soil disturbance, and the root and aerial parts of the plants remain intact reducing water and wind erosion post-treatment. This works best with plants of no more than 50mm diameter.
02.Cut and Paint
This process involves cutting the tree or shrub down with a brush cutter or chainsaw and then treating the raw stump with a suitable herbicide. Effective in fast removal of aerial parts of plants with no disturbance to the roots. This method works better with trees and large shubs with bases over 50mm diameter.
03.Survey of native plants and exotic weeds
These include ground and drone surveys of areas. Results can be delivered as either point plots of individual plants, or areas affected with approximate (% cover or plants/ha). All surveys come with a report including comprehensive mapping plus raw data.
04.Foliar Herbicide Applications
When target species are unsuitable for other control methods, for instance, cacti and herbaceous weeds, foliar spraying is very effective in achieving control.
05.Mapping Service
A range of ArcGIS maps can be produced to your requirements to assist your property management decisions. Some of our services will include mapping as part of a customised package.
06.Lineal Reserve Maintenance
Control of weeds and native plants adjacent to roads, railway corridors, airport runways, and fencelines as part of annual maintenance of these management areas.
